Coping with death
Death is a part of life that one can’t avoid. It’s significant and inevitable. People usually prefer to not talk about it which can lead to a lot of fear around it. Death with itself brings a feeling of loss and grief. It starts with denial, disbelief, or shock and continues with feelings of anger, pain, guilt until it takes a turn towards coping. It’s really important that one expresses their emotions and releases them by talking to people, journaling, or even crying since it allows them to let go of a big heavy bag that sits on their heart. It’s important to preserve the memories of the loved one that you lost by planting a tree and other alike ways, this helps one reconstruct their life and encourages them to keep moving. It’s easier said than done but death is also a part of life, acceptance takes time but it’s eventually achieved.
