Women’s empowerment is all about believing in women’s capabilities, Let each woman grow and show their abilities, Not only will they shine bright, They will help the world to fight and be a light. 

They are strong, They have the power to figure out, what is right and what is wrong, They don’t need to be differentiated with men, because THE WORD MEN IS TAKEN FROM WOMEN.

WHAT ARE THE PRINCIPLES WHICH SHOULD BE FOLLOWED?

  Principle 1: Establish leadership for gender equality 

  Principle 2: Treat all women and men fairly at work – respect and support human rights and non-                               discrimination 

  Principle 3: Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all women and men workers 

  Principle 4: Promote education, training and professional development for women 

  Principle 5: Implement enterprise development, supply chain, and marketing practices that empower                            women 

  Principle 6: Promote equality through community initiatives and advocacy 

  Principle 7: Measure and publicly report on progress to achieve gender equality.

Be a woman that empowers other women:

 1. Help them to remove best in them, the skills     

 2. Build them to be strong and confident 

 3. Raise their self-esteem. 

 4. Support your surrounding women 

 5. Help the voiceless with your voice 

 6. Support independence. 

 7. Create a comfortable and safe space 

FEMINISM ISN’T ABOUT MAKING A WOMEN STRONG, IT’S ABOUT CHANGING PEOPLE’S THINKING WHICH IS WRONG. EQUALITY IS WHAT WOMEN EXPECT, THEY SHOULD STOP BEING THE SUSPECT.
